Is this Adventures in Odyssey merch?
No. This is not official Adventures in Odyssey merchandise. We are in no way affiliated with Adventures in Odyssey or its parent company, Focus on the Family. It might look like AIO merch but it most definitely is NOT. This is Odyssey Moments merch, #NotAIOMerch.
What are the care instructions for clothing items?
Extend the life of your graphic-printed clothing by washing it less frequently. Washing less often helps the design stay vibrant longer.
Wash Instructions: When washing becomes necessary, wash inside-out using cold water and opt for a short or delicate cycle.
Drying: Avoid using the dryer. Instead, let your garment air dry to maintain its quality. The heat from the dryer will break down the design faster and cause cracking and peeling.
Everyday Care: Be gentle with the fabric, especially around the printed area, to avoid stretching and cracking the print.
How can I track my order?
After your order has been manufactured and is ready for shipment, a tracking number will be emailed to the address provided during checkout.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our printing and shipping partner generally will fulfill orders in 2-5 business days and ship them in 3-5 business days. If you’re given an estimated delivery time, it’s based on current product stock levels, production capacity, and historical shipping data for your area. Estimated delivery time is only an estimate and is not a guarantee. If your package is “late” relative to the estimated delivery time, please wait an extra few days before contacting us to take a look for you.
Why are shipping costs so high?
Shipping is calculated per item, which, unfortunately, creates a higher-than-average shipping cost.
Why are shipping times longer than average?
Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver them to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
Why is my order being shipped in multiple packages?
Sometimes products will be individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability during shipping. Typically these would include posters and certain hats.
In some cases, products from the same order may be fulfilled in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately.
Why don’t you ship orders outside of North America?
We’re just getting started with our little shop, so we’ve decided to limit our service area to the USA and Canada for now. In the future, once we get more established, we hope to expand our shipping area to include other countries as well. But there’s nothing to announce as of yet.
